Emily and Stavros were married at Saint Augustine, a massive cathedral next to the Ben Franklin Bridge, which somehow blend-ins to the tiny streets of Old City unassumingly. Watching them during the mass you could see they were filled with excitement, exchanging whispers and sweet glances during the ceremony, and smiling out across the aisles as if to say "We're so glad you're here - what a wonderful day!"
The color palette was so pretty - the ladies in navy - and guys in contrasting bright pink ties. Emily looked stunning and carried herself with poise and grace that completely defied the 100 degree weather!
Their reception was held at Independence Seaport Museum on Penn's Landing, with wonderful views of the river, bridges and Philadelphia. Stavros' parents came all the way from Greece, and the party was filled with beautiful music and traditional Greek dancing. The band was phenomenal, and kept the dancefloor packed the whole night...
