Hana & Posy

A few months ago, I spotted a pretty pink and green sign above a storefront in Old City... I was intrigued; what was this Hana & Posy place? When it finally opened, I stopped-in to see. The bright, airy shop was filled with colorful flowers, unique gifts and beautiful art. The owner, Kayo, was there and gave me the background on her unique boutique:

Hana & Posy is a full-service florist (using flowers from local, sustainable and/or organic sources), that also carries pet toys made from recycled products, organic pet foods, natural pet supplies; infant apparel made from organic cotton; stationery and greeting cards made from recycled paper; personal beauty products; home goods and décor; and more. Formerly the Chief of Staff at Clementon Animal Hospital, the idea for Hana & Posy originated from Kayo's desire to be more eco-friendly in her own life. She saw the need for a place where people could find eco-friendly alternatives without having to sacrifice style, quality, or functionality.

If you're looking for stylish, socially responsible gifts and flowers - stop by 35 N 3rd Street to take a look!

Kayo's sweet dog, Solo, popped-out to say hello...

I love that the front door is the same signature pink from the logo!

A beautiful bridal bouquet - perfect for Fall!
